AI Model Selection by Plan
The AI model used for memory enrichment varies by plan:

Annual Billing
All plans offer a discount when billed annually (approximately 2 months free):
- Personal: €150/year (save €30)
- Team: €190/seat/year (save €38/seat)
- Business: €240/seat/year (save €48/seat)
Quota Enforcement
When you reach a plan limit:
- Projects, contexts, API keys, team members — Creation is blocked with a clear error message
- AI tokens — If your plan allocation is exhausted, Contox checks for prepaid credits. If credits are available, they are deducted. If auto-recharge is enabled, credits are purchased automatically
- Quota warnings — You receive notifications at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your limits
Upgrading and Downgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Manage your plan in Dashboard → Settings → Billing
