Overview

The Billing section lets you manage your subscription plan, track resource usage, purchase credits, and handle payment methods. Navigate to Settings > Billing in the dashboard.

Current plan

The billing overview shows your current plan and its key details:

  • Plan name -- Free, Personal, Team, Business, or Enterprise
  • Billing period -- Monthly or annual
  • Seats -- Number of team seats (for team plans)
  • Renewal date -- When the current period ends

Usage tracking

Usage bars display your consumption for the current billing period:

Each bar shows the amount used versus the plan limit. When you approach a limit, the bar changes color to warn you.

Upgrading and downgrading

Upgrading

  1. Click Upgrade Plan
  2. Select the desired plan
  3. Adjust seat count if applicable
  4. Complete the Stripe checkout

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period.

Downgrading

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Select a lower plan
  3. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your current plan features remain available until then.

Seat management

For team plans, adjust the number of seats:

  1. Click Manage Seats
  2. Use the seat selector to increase or decrease
  3. Confirm the change

Adding seats is billed prorated. Reducing seats takes effect at the next billing period.

Payment methods

Click Manage Payment to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • Update your credit card
  • Add alternative payment methods
  • View and download invoices
  • Update billing address

Invoices

Access your invoice history through the billing portal. Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice date and number
  • Line items with plan and seat details
  • Tax information
  • Payment status
  • PDF download link

Credits

Credits are used for AI processing (enrichment) beyond your plan's included allocation.

Purchasing credits

  1. Navigate to the Credits tab in Billing
  2. Select a credit pack:

  1. Click Purchase to complete the transaction

Credits are added to your balance immediately. Credits never expire.

Auto-recharge

Configure automatic credit purchases to avoid running out:

  1. Toggle Auto-Recharge on
  2. Set the Threshold -- credits are purchased when the balance drops below this level
  3. Set the Spending Limit -- maximum amount that can be auto-charged per billing period (default: 50.00 EUR)
  4. Select the credit pack to auto-purchase

Credit balance

The credits display shows:

  • Current balance -- Available tokens
  • Auto-recharge status -- Whether auto-recharge is enabled and its configuration
  • Transaction history -- Purchases and deductions with timestamps

Credits are deducted after your plan's included allocation is exhausted.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click Cancel Subscription
  2. Confirm the cancellation

The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Data is retained but some features may become unavailable.
